first_imgAlaska State Troopers are investigating a shooting on the Kenai Peninsula that left a man wounded.Troopers at 4:20 a.m. Wednesday received a report of a man admitted to South Peninsula Hospital in Homer with gunshot wounds.Investigators determined the man had been shot multiple times with a shotgun at a home in Anchor Point about 10 miles north of Homer.Troopers describe the wounds as serious but not life-threatening.Troopers took a 45-year-old Anchor Point man into custody. He’s being held on suspicion of felony assault.Online court records Thursday did not indicate that charges had been filed.last_img
